Lesley Barbara Evans (née Gibb, born 12 January 1945) is an English singer, daughter of musician Hugh Gibb and sister of English musicians Barry, Robin and Maurice and Andy Gibb.

Early and personal life

Lesley Gibb was born on 12 January 1945 in Manchester, Lancashire, England. She is the only daughter and eldest child of drummer Hugh Leslie Gibb and his wife Barbara (née Pass) who was a dance band vocalist.^[1]

In 1966 Lesley married Keith Evans, an Australian salesman who was also once her brother Barry's assistant and they had eight children.

They live in the Blue Mountains National Park in Australia, where Lesley ran a dog boarding kennel.

Singing career

The least well known of the Gibb musical family, Lesley had a brief singing career when she stood in for Robin Gibb after a family argument.
