          Tim Rutten

          Timothy Calder Rutten (April 8, 1950 – September 8, 2022) was an American journalist, employed by the Los Angeles Times from 1971 to 2011.

          He received in 1991 an award from the Los Angeles Press Club for editorial writing and in 2007 was honored by the Anti-Defamation League for advancing the ideals of the First Amendment to the United States Constitution.
